Yep, people that amino acid is not just in Turkey (for instance soybeans, egg whites, and chicken contain more tryptophan than turkey). Homemade Healthy Nuggets 🍗😍 LIKE,COMMENT & FOLLOW for more 🫶 SHARE & SAVE for Later 💕 Recipe’s by Food Fusion with some alteration by me Ingredients: * Bread Slices 1 & 1/2 * Milk 1/4 cup * Chicken 250 g * Salt 1/2 tsp * Black Pepper 1/4 tsp * Paprika 1/4 tsp * Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp * Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp * Egg 1 small * Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup * Salt ¼ Tsp * Black Pepper 1 Pinch * Dried Parsley ½ Tsp * Flour 5 tbsp * Chicken Powder ½ Tsp * Corn flour 1 Tbs * Egg 1-2 * Oil For Frying Directions: 1. In bowl, add shredded bread slices and milk, soak bread in milk and set aside 2. In food chopper, add chicken and chop it for 1-2 mins 3. Add soaked bread, chop little more 4. Add garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, soy sauce, dried parsley, egg and chop it for 1-2 minutes. 5. Take out the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. 6. Take a bowl add flour, corn flour, chicken powder, mix and set aside 7. In another bowl, take breadcrumbs ,add black pepper, salt, dried parsley, mix and set aside 8. In a separate bowl, Take 1 egg and whisk it and set aside. 9. Grease your hands with oil properly, take chicken mixture (as per desired size) and shape it. 10. Coat in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs. 11. Prepare all nuggets and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 12. At this stage, you can freeze nuggets for up to 30 days. Whenever you need to fry them take them out, thaw for 10 mins 13. Shallow or deep fry until nice golden color appear 14.
