A bit of a vulnerable post. I have struggled with binge eating since I was 17 years old, I can now say I have been 1 year binge free. After I stopped tracking calories, and focusing on nutrition instead my whole world changed. I was unhealthy in the first clip, eating so much processed foods and eating until my stomach hurt. Now, I eat mostly Whole Foods and I listen to my body and stop eating when I am full.
