Spider man is one of our best designs, but even something you make a lot can go wrong. Did we make spiderman or spooderman?

Guys my candy math checks out, it is definitely x3! Satinising is an integral part of the candy-making process. Not only does it lighten the colour of the candy so we can shade and create backgrounds, it also integrates air and changes to texture. This makes our lollies more beautiful and tastier. We get asked all the time how we touch candy if it’s hot. I’m not sure why people don’t believe that the molten sugar we work with isn’t hot, but it could seriously injure you. So we wear gloves.
