Unapologetically elite 🤌🏾🔥 Ingredients: 16 to 20 oz of kale, stems removed and pre-washed (or buy 2 full kale bunches) 2 whole garlic bulbs, roasted 2 tbsp stone ground Dijon mustard 1 tbsp anchovy paste (more if needed) 5–6 tbsp olive oil (maybe more depending on the consistency) 1/2 lemon, juiced 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Additional salt and pepper to taste (for seasoning the garlic before roasting) Breadcrumbs & Kale Seasoning: 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Instructions: Cut the tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F for 30–40 minutes or until soft. At the same time, bake 5–6 slices of bread at 400°F, seasoned with 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning.
