I feel like there’s a much bigger confidence than in the last few years of my life. There are a lot of big shifts happening right now emotionally and for some reason I have this huge feeling that this year is going to be different from the rest. Regardless, confidence has never looked better and is something I’m still working on. I’ve always been someone who’s been very insecure when it comes to my body and my looks. It’s great to slowly appreciate myself of who I am especially in these photos taken. Because I always felt like I’ve had to camouflage with the rest of the crowd and that I was not worthy of living. We are in this world where there’s so many beauty expectations and I’ve come to realize the more I grow up that as long as you’re being yourself and that you’re a good person and you’re continuously working on yourself mentally and physically that it doesn’t matter. Music has given me an outlet to express myself authentically and I’m really grateful to have the ability to share and give myself in people something positive and impactful. It saved my life and I wouldn’t know where I would be without it. Even some times, my best friend when I didn’t have anybody by my side.
