You’ll have to try it What you’ll need: Orzo 2lb chicken Salt, pepper, onion + garlic powder, paprika 1/2 cucumber (or 4 small cucs) 2 tomatoes 1/2 red onion Parsley Feta 2 tbsp olive oil 2-3 tbsp lime juice 1. Cube your chicken and add a heafty amount of salt, pepper, onion + garlic powder, and paprika. Then cook your chicken for 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until fully cooked. 2. Dice your cucumber and tomato’s and red onion. Add to bowls and set aside. 3. In a large bowl, add your orzo, diced veggies, and cooked chicken. Add parsley and feta, along with olive oil and lime juice (add salt if desired). Dice your cucumbers into thin circles. 2. Lay your chicken thighs flat, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with cornstarch on both sides 3. Mozzarella Sticks 🧀 Ingredients (serves 2): 120g firm mozzarella 30g breadcrumbs 1 egg Plain flour 1 tsp garlic powder Salt Black pepper Marinara sauce: 400g tinned tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp dried basil Salt Black pepper 1 tsp olive oil ——— Method: 1. Chop the mozzarella into sticks and place into the freezer for 30 minutes. 2. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Fry the onion in olive oil for a few minutes, then add the dried basil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook for 30 seconds. 3. Add the tinned tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well and then simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Get flour into one bowl, beaten egg in another and the breadcrumbs into a third bowl. Season the bread crumbs with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. 5. Coat the mozzarella in flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Place onto an oven tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. 6. I got this recipe from baking the goods on Pinterest. What you’ll need: MARINADE INGREDIENTS ½ cup feta ¼ cup olive oil 1 lemon (freshly squeezed) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped) 1 tablespoon dill (chopped) 1 tablespoon oregano (chopped) 1 tablespoon rosemary (chopped) ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper SHEET PAN INGREDIENTS 1 lb. baby potatoes (chopped in ½" cubes) 1 cup cherry tomoates ½ large red onion (thinly sliced) 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 ½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast 1-2 lemons (sliced in 3 thick rounds) ½ cup feta 1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, crumbled feta, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, pepper 2. On a baking sheet, combine chopped potatoes, tomatoes and onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then stir to combine. Spread everything into an even layer. 3. Nestle the chicken in with the veggies. Spoon pour the marinade over the chicken and spread into an even layer. Make sure to cover both side. I flipped my chicken once marinade was added 4. Bake @425 for 35-40 minutes. Rotate halfway through. During the last 10 minutes, add feta to the sheet pan. 5. Œufs marinés ! Comment manger ses œufs différemment ! 🥚 Ingrédients (pour 8-10 œufs) : - 8-10 oeufs - 8 sauce soja claire - 4 sauce soja foncée - 2 vinaigre de cidre - 2 c.a.c miel - 1 c.a.s graines de sésame - 4 gousses d'ail - 1 oignon - 3 tiges de cébette - 1 piment vert ou oiseau (optionnel) - 1 c.a.s vinaigre blanc Recette : - Fais bouillir de l'eau avec une cuillère de vinaigre blanc. Fais cuire tes œufs dans l'eau bouillante pendant 7 minutes puis sors-les et plonge les immédiatement dans de l'eau froide avec des glaçons. Laisse les refroidir puis écale-les. - Hache finement l'ail et émince finement l'oignon, la cébette et le piment. - Dans un récipient, ajoute la sauce soja claire, la sauce soja foncée, le vinaigre de cidre, l'ail, l'oignon, la cébette, le piment, les graines de sésame et le miel et mélange le tout. - Ajoute tes œufs écalés, mets un papier absorbant sur le dessus si les œufs ne sont pas complètement immergés et place-les au frais pendant une nuit. RECIPES 👇🏼 Lemon garlic herb salmon 🍣🍋 •4 salmon fillets, ~5-6 oz each •2 tablespoons avocado oil •1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 tsp pepper •2 teaspoons minced garlic •1 teaspoon Italian seasoning •1 medium lemon Place salmon skin side down on a lined baking sheet. Mix together oil, seasonings, garlic and the juice from 1/2 of the lemon. Pour over each fillet, covering the top & sides. Slice the remaining 1/2 of the lemon and place slices on top of fillets. Cook on the traeger or in the oven at 400 F until the internal temp reaches 145 F. Serve with extra lemon if desired & enjoy! Perfectly cooked sweet potato🍠 •preheat oven to 400 F •wash & dry sweet potatoes •slice potato lengthwise •drizzle a bit of avocado oil onto the sliced side •place cut side down on a baking sheet (line with parchment paper if desired) •bake for 30-45 minutes, or until soft (cooking time will vary by size & preferred doneness) Crispy hot honey brussels🍯•brussel sprouts •avocado oil •salt & pep •hot honey (or honey + siracha + cayenne) Preheat the oven to 425 F. Wash your brussels and then chop into this slices. I like to cut off the bottom, remove any soggy leaves, and then make 3-4 lengthwise slices. The thinner you make them, the crispier they will be so slice to your preference. Then spread on a lined cookie sheet, drizzle with avocado oil, salt & pepper and toss. Spread in a single layer to ensure they can get crispy. You may need multiple baking sheets (you can also do batches in the air fryer). Bake at 400 F for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the slices and your desired crispiness. Toss half way through. Once you remove them from the oven, toss with hot honey and serve immediately. If you do not have hot honey, you can mix honey with siracha or cayenne until you have reached your desired heat level. Also, if your hot honey is too spicy - you can always use less and drizzle with regular honey as well to cut the spice. Enjoy! AROS DE BERENJENA EXTRA CRUJIENTES. Apetitivo saludable. Receta fácil, sin gluten y 100% real food. Estos aros de berenjena crujientes se hacen sin freír y con solo ingredientes naturales. La mejor parte: la salsa cremosa se hace ¡con la propia berenjena! Una idea ligera, crujiente y llena de sabor. 📌 Guarda esta idea para sorprender en tu próxima comida. Ingredientes para 2 personas: 1 berenjena 1 puñado de tomates cherry 1 diente de ajo Sal y pimienta al gusto Aceite de oliva virgen extra 1 huevo 1 taza panko sin gluten o cualquier rebozado que suelas usar Elaboración: Lava y corta la berenjena en rodajas de 1 cm más o menos. Ponles sal y deja reposar unos 5/10 min para que suelten el agua y el amargor, seca con papel absorbente. Con la ayuda de un vaso pequeño, ve cortando dando forma de aro y reserva la carne de la bernejena. Pasa los aros por huevo batido y de ahí por el panko, pulveriza un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra y lleva al horno durante 25 min a 180 grados, el tiempo dependerá de la potencia de cada horno. En freidora de aire serán unos 15 min a 180 grados. Mientras, corta la carne de la berenjena en trocitos pequeños y corta los cherry por la mitad. Pon una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra en una sartén, añade la berenjena, los cherry un un ajo picado, sal, pimienta y saltea a fuego medio/alto durante unos minutos hasta que esté todo blandito. Tritura y ya tienes la salsa lista, si te gusta más líquida, añade un poco de agua en el momento de triturar. Sirve junto con los aros y disfruta.
