They say it takes a village to raise a child—well, we may not be kids anymore, but this weekend, we've truly felt the love of our village standing with us. Jer spent hours reading your comments, tears of joy in his eyes and a smile on his face. We never imagined building a community like this, and we certainly never expected to navigate something so personal so publicly—but here we are, and we are so incredibly grateful for your support. While we wished we were at home on the island, we're comfortable in our temporary rental in Vancouver and the dogs are loving living the big city life. The dogs have already destroyed some of the toys y’all have sent them, today feels a bit like the normal chaos we've been missing.
