Increase speed to high. Stream in 2 cups granulated sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks. Then whisk in 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tsp rose extract, and continue beating until stiff peaks. 2. Pipe or spoon a pavlova design on a baking sheet. Bake at 300F for 2 hours. Then let cool in the turned off oven for 1 hour. 3. In a medium pot, whisk 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grapefruit zest, 4 egg yolks + 1 egg. Then whisk in 3/4 cup grapefruit juice. Whisk over medium heat until thick. Pour into a container, stir in 1 tbsp butter. Let cool. 4. Whip 2 cups cream, 8oz mascarpone, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp salt until stiff peaks. 5. Fill pavlova with curd, then cream, then fruit and mint. sheet-pan chicken marbella 🍗 1. Add 3-4 lbs bone in skin on chicken thighs/breasts to a bowl.
