There is water between the amniotic sac around your #baby and baby’s head. 🔥When you have a contraction the baby’s head presses downwards and the bulging water sac can be seen on the outside of the vagina. Sometimes you will see baby hair floating within. (It can also bulge within the vaginal canal.) 💧YOUR WATER WILL BREAK WHEN IT IS INTENDED TO BREAK!! Naturally 8-10 centimeters and before baby is evicted out of their 9 month womb house. 💧When the water breaks, baby’s head can make its appearance shortly afterwards to cross the finish line. 👐🏼Sometimes a provider can get handsy and want to pop it. I highly recommend to speak up, have your voice be heard and say no thank you. It will break when it’s intended to break!! 💯Very cool phenomenon to see during birth!! #ad This was 20 minutes before babe arrived! The hardest part in labor was breathing through the contractions and pain.. and just relaxing my body! Labor hurts! Pitocin contractions suck.. and it is so hard to just relax and breath through it all in the moment. Your body wants to tense up, and your breath wants to just stop and stand still. If you can see in the video my body was shaking uncomtrolably. This is an experience I would hands down do all over again though. The recovery time is so much easier without having had an epidural.. in my personal experience. I linked the delivery gown I wore in the cart too, because people keep asking about it.
